When and where is the ASMBS 2021 Annual Meeting?

The 37th ASMBS Annual Meeting will take place Thursday, June 10th through Saturday, June 12th. This will be an entirely virtual event and attendees can participate from anywhere on their own schedule.

Why is the ASMBS 2021 Annual Meeting going to be held virtually?

The ASMBS Executive Council has reviewed the latest data from the city of Las Vegas, the threat of emerging variants of COVID-19, travel restrictions for ASMBS members and exhibitors, and a host of other issues related to being one of the first live meetings in Las Vegas. In light of this information, the 37th ASMBS Annual Meeting will now be a completely virtual meeting and will take place June 10th-12th, 2021.

Will the sessions be recorded and available to view after the live event?

Sessions will be recorded and available to view after the live conference has ended. Attendees will have the option to purchase extended access to the recorded sessions.

What is the video and audio recording policy?

ASMBS prohibits video recording and/or streaming of educational sessions. This includes but is not limited to Periscope, Instagram, and Facebook Live.
