Description

This interactive session will provide a forum for all members of the bariatric surgery team to discuss issues that impact practice management. Designed with applicable practice in mind, our speakers will discuss optimal staffing, insurance verification, billing and coding, connection with primary care providers, integration of medical management pre and post-surgery, and the administrative side of managing long-term weight and non-responders to primary treatment. Programs are both struggling and thriving with the additional challenges that we have experienced since the pandemic, our members have ideas to share and learn from each other. We’ve built in polling, discussion, and plenty of time to interact with each other so we can all elevate our practice!
